A high impact polymer profile was designed to replace a commonly used aluminum. This metal to plastic switch eliminated the oxidation, fading and denting issues inherent in a typical metal application.

Boeing set out to design an interior unlike any other for the 787 by providing their customers the latest technologies in passenger entertainment and convenience in an unparalleled aesthetic package. In order to accomplish this task, Boeing looked to Pexco to provide solutions to many of their complex finishing challenges.

Going Green? Many of Pexco's Lighting customers have already developed T5 fixtures that utilize a Pexco extruded light lens. Several of these customers have also decided to use DuraFrost resin in the design of the T5. lens, which provides excellent diffusing properties and completely hides the bulb.

A major electronics retailer had undertaken a remodel/re-image effort and was in need of a solution that had the flexibility to fixture to various gondola types without the use of adhesives. After a careful review of each part, the Retail Group was able to design a solution that exceeded the customer's expectations.
Fence: When you need increased privacy, our Winged Slat® is the answer
Our unique, patented design includes a rigid, flat-tubular body with "legs" inside for extra support. Flexible and resilient wing portions are positioned on each side of the slat body. Serrations are added to the wings for easier installation and locking power.
Traffic: FG 300 Model UR - The Industry Workhorse
Davidson Traffic Control Products released a report highlighting the durability of their Flexi-Guide FG 300 series of polyurethane channelizer posts. Channelizer posts save lives by properly directing traffic and reducing the chance of accidents in high-risk locations. FG 300 Model UR posts are highly visible, day and night, and clearly delineate driving lanes with bright colors and reflective sheeting. To reduce the risk of fatal accidents, FG 300 posts are placed at critical points along roadways where safety hazards exist.
