Pexco is a leading specialty plastics manufacturer satisfying the demands of Medical, Defense, and Industrial OEMs and customers for precision plastic components and sub- and finished assemblies. Pexco has been in existence in some form since 1970, and a few of its present operations date back individually to the early post war years. We employ over 1200 employees, operate plants in every major manufacturing region in the United States and Mexico, and typify the notion of company stability and security in an industry known as much for the Mom & Pop as the One Trick Pony.
Pexco designs, manufactures, and fabricates both standard and custom plastic products. We have over 1,000 active customers; our top 10% occupy no more than 35% of revenue; we own over 20,000 dies; we process over 400 different materials and grades; we operate close to 200 extruders; we mold with over 50 injection molding and micromolding presses; we machine and finish raw and processed plastics on a variety of CNC lathes and milling equipment; we assemble finished solutions; we operate eight Class 7 & Class 8 medical grade clean rooms across the continent; we feature close to three-quarters of a million square feet of manufacturing space; and we sell into strategic markets that feature promising growth dynamics and defensibility.
To boot, a disciplined and flexible management team, with institutional knowledge and yet openness to change. Focused strategic priorities and the ability to carry them out. Company self-awareness and organizational health. And core principles that drive our philosophy and support for North American manufacturing.
We build. We create. That’s who we are.
