Pexco Philadelphia in Morrisville, Pennsylvania, represents the prototypical, if not quintessential, specialty extrusion operation. 

The facility manufactures primarily for the Lighting and Industrial segments, processing a wide variety of specialty performance and conventional resin materials. Its flexible manufacturing processes allow for low volume and/or highly customizable production runs.

Today, Philadelphia’s 65,000 square-foot facility is home to Pexco’s Engineering Center of Excellence (ECOE) and many of Pexco’s 50+ engineering and production specialists. The space also houses 12 extrusion lines, including three that are devoted to product development.  Additional site features include collaboration areas and a gallery displaying Pexco’s extrusion capabilities.
