PVDF Extrusion
Polyvinylidene fluoride, or PVDF, is a high performing, cost-competitive polymer used in harsh environments due to its superior chemical resistance, wide-ranging working temp range and abrasion resistance.
Polyvinylidene Fluoride's inherent purity and extreme hardness make this material ideal for a variety of applications requiring exposure to extreme environments in rod form or as PVDF tubing. Polyvinylidene Fluoride is often used in high tech applications, in chemical processing, in energy, electronics, custom or specialty industrial applications, and even in electrical applications.

PVDF Specifications
It has excellent resistance to creep and fatigue, allowing your parts to maintain dimensions and integrity and is resistant to UV and gamma radiation enabling it to tolerate extended exposure to sunlight without degradation
Polyvinylidene fluoride tubing (also known as Kynar®) is used in many industries such as automotive, electronics, food and beverage, semiconductor, pharmaceutical and oil and gas exploration.
