Cushioning Roller Covering System

Cushioning Roller Covering System – Foam Rubber Cushioning Tubes
- Supplied in 5-ft. lengths
- 1/4″ thick nitrile butadiene foam rubber provides a cushioning and bounce-dampening surface
- High-compression foam construction cushions weigh up to 40 pounds per square inch – A 10-inch roller supports loads of up to 400 pounds over its full-length
- Closed cell construction – Foam rubber will not absorb or transmit moisture or liquids used for sanitary wash-downs and maintenance
- Easily cut to cover the exact length of the 1.9″-2.0″ roller
- Minimal scrap waste – Odd lengths of foam rubber can be abutted over rollers and covered with VinylGuard

Product Details
- Supplied in 50-ft. spools
- VinylGuard shrink-to-fit covering is specifically diameter-sized to cover, secure and protect the foam rubber and provide a rugged, cushioned roller surface
- 50 mils thick, VinylGuard conveyor roller covers are long-lasting and highly abrasion, chemical and oil resistant
- Available in USFDA (21 CFR) Food-Grade VinylGuard for material handling equipment that complies with the Food and Drug Administration’s requirements for indirect contact with food.
