Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) combines the strength and rigidity of acrylonitrile and styrene polymers with the toughness of polybutadiene rubber. ABS tube is known for excellent flow characteristics and a smooth interior finish in addition to corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and other desirable properties.
Pexco works hard to live up to its proud reputation of being a reliable source for the extrusion of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) and Glass-Filled ABS profiles. Our technicians are highly trained to produce quality, ABS tube and profile products.
ABS can be FDA-compliant, making it a good option for food processing and other applications requiring a good appearance. Its ability to be used in temperatures between -20° to 80°C (-4° to 176°F) makes it a popular choice for automotive and electronic applications as well. ABS’s ability to be easily machined due to its toughness makes it an excellent choice for a variety of applications requiring secondary operations, and the material can be extruded in a variety of sizes and colors.
