PVC Tubing & Profiles

Better known as “PVC” or “Vinyl”, Polyvinyl chloride is one of the most recognized and commonly used thermoplastic materials in the world. PVC is produced in two general forms, first as a rigid polymer (RPVC) and second as a flexible polymer (FPVC), which contains a petro-chemical called plasticizer, used as a softening agent.

Pexco is a PVC manufacturer of both flexible and rigid PVC parts across a variety of market applications, ranging from Traffic Safety products to pump and fluid transfer tubing, protective bumpers, swimming pool components and other custom industrial extrusions.

PVC has been around longer than most plastics, first synthesized in 1872 and commercially produced by B.F. Goodrich Company in the 1920s. It is used most commonly in the building / construction industry but is also used for signs, healthcare, plumbing, fencing, decking, fluid and gas transfer, swimming pools, outdoor furniture, clothing and a host of other commercial and industrial applications.

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) is a clean and durable thermoplastic compound with excellent flame, corrosion and chemical resistant properties. PVC extrusions can be clear or opaque (colored). The clear version, valued for its transparency has an excellent balance of clarity and toughness, which combined with the above characteristics, enables it to satisfy many high-performance demands. PVC can also be extruded in a variety of tube and profile sizes.

Pexco works hard to live up to its proud reputation of being a reliable source for the extrusion of rigid PVC tubing and profiles. Our technicians are highly trained to extrude quality, rigid PVC tube products; and take pride in being involved with some of the most challenging projects in the world.
