FEP & PFA
FEP and PFA are fluoropolymers that are ideal for use in injection molded biomedical devices and thin-walled, complex parts.
PAI
Torlon® PAI (Polyamidimide) is a high-strength polymer that offers excellent high-temperature performance.
PEEK
PEEK or polyetheretherketone resin offers engineers a high-performance, extremely durable thermoplastic that suits challenging applications in multiple industries.
PEI
PEI (Polyetherimide) Ultem® is commonly used in applications where tight tolerances and low warp are essential due to its resilience against heat exposure.
PPS
Ryton® PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) has a high-temperature resistance, chemical resistance, flowability, and dimensional stability. Ryton® is a great choice when you need dimensional stability for precision-molded components. It is inherently flame retardant and offers chemical resistance comparable to PEEK and fluoropolymers.
TPI EXTEM®
TPI (Polyimide) EXTEN® can be used as a replacement to metals, ceramics and thermosets and offers reduced weight and improved continuous use at high temperatures.
Celazole ® PBI
Celazole® PBI (polybenzimidazole) is a unique and highly stable linear heterocyclic polymer with exceptional characteristics such as high compressive strength, high modulus, low creep, and solubility in few solvents.
Nylon
Nylon (Polyamide, Zytel®, Nylon 66) offers superior chemical resistance and tensile strength. It can be used in a variety of applications including metal replacement.
