Safety Top Cap™
Safety Top Cap™ is our premium, durable, plastic fence cap profile, typically featured in a safety yellow color, primarily used to cover the top of the chain link fence on baseball outfields, to protect the ballplayer against bodily harm.
Safety Top Cap™ for chain link fences serves two purposes: First, the unique open “P” shaped design provides the most complete protection against bodily injury by covering the exposed knuckles or barbs on top of a chain-link fence. Second, it displays nicely as a decorative trim piece to complement any galvanized or colored chain link fence system.

Features and Benefits
- Heavy-weight, durable and flexible plastic in an open ‘P” shape profile
- Manufactured using HDPE plastic with UV stabilizers
- Designed to endure high impact, to resist the harmful effects of the sun, and to withstand severe weather conditions
- Resists vandalism by using steel hog-rings to permanently attach the Safety Top Cap™ to the fence
- Simply “snap” over the top of a fence and fasten to the wire mesh with steel hog-rings (included with each package) through the (3) three pre-drilled holes on each piece
- Primarily used in our safety yellow color for baseball outfields (Growing in popularity at athletic fields, parks, playgrounds and recreational facilities throughout the country)
