Altaflo® 480 UHP PFA Tubing and Pipe
Altaflo® 480 UHP PFA (ultra high purity perfluoroalkoxy) tubing and pipe are the products of choice for applications such as semiconductor and pharmaceutical processes that require extreme chemical resistance while maintaining the highest purity levels. Although HP PFA Tubing is available in a variety of resin grades, Altaflo® 480 UHP PFA tubing and pipe are made exclusively from a high molecular weight, high purity resin that provides excellent chemical resistance, (even to common fluorosurfactants), highest purity levels, low permeation levels and smoothest surface finish.

Altaflo® 480 UHP PFA tubing meets or exceeds the requirements listed in ASTM D6867-03 and ASTM D3307 meets or exceeds the the requirements listed in Semi F57

UHP PFA is approved for use in food contact applications in compliance with FDA regulation: 21 CFR 177.1550.

Altaflo® 480 meets the requirements of USP Class VI
Altaflo® UHP PFA tubing is certified to NSF 61 and NSF 372
Altaflo® 480 UHP PFA has been tested and certified by WQA against NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 to Commercial Hot (180°F/82°C), and NSF/ANSI/CAN 372 for lead free compliance. See the WQA website for applicable sizes. View our certification.
Additional Certifications
- Altaflo® 480 Series UHP PFA has been tested repeatedly and meets SEMI specifications F57 and C90. Current test results available upon request. Testing was performed by Balazs Labs, CA and CT Associates, MN.
